I bought it but i cannot use it

I bought object desktop, downlaoded the manager, got a paypal reciept and an invoice from stardock,but the manager says there is nothing i can install and the website acts like I don't own it and asks if i want to buy it, and it's not in my orders. this isn't ok.

I am sorry to hear that you have issues. Just to make sure, please check if your PayPal user email address that was use to pay for the object desktop is also the same email address used when you registered for Stardock account. It won't work if it not the same. Check that and let us know.
