Call to WB-Skinners acc. Startbars

I mention many great new skins lately that only look good when the startbar/tray/taskbar is sticked to the bottom of the screen (latest is the new Official T3 skin). Please keep in mind, that there might be people (like me) that want their bar to be at the top of the screen and it is not that much more work to make the skin look good for both cases.

I think it would be good if future releases of WB used seperate sections in the UIS file for the top taksbar and bottom taskbar. Sometimes what looks really great on the bottom will not look good at all on the top. For instance, if I use the taskbar on top, I'd rather it be thinner than if it was on the bottom. you can;t do that now (or am I missing something and you can do that now?.

At the moment the only way I could think of for that task would be to create a compound skin.
