Multiplicity does not load

Followed instructions.

Purged and re-installed - no go.

disabled anti-virus software - no go.

Used secondary PC IP address - no go.

 

Please provide a number for voice tech support so we can resolve this issue promptly or refund amount of purchase. Claimed already filed.

followed the instructions - no go

the multiplicity icon in my primary reads disconnected

when checking secondary connection - receive error message about firewall

using wi-fi. changed profile to Private - no go

disabled firewall - no go

Can you ping the Secondary from the Primary?

Almost without exception, when a MP primary cannot see a Secondary, its that they are not on the same subnet or a firewall issue on one or each.

If at all possible, please try them wired via Ethernet and follow the connection troubleshooting closely:

My laptop Thinkpad X1 does not have ethernet only wifi. so the product is useless for my computing platform ad the primary and secondary are on different subnets. By the way this is a very common configuration in my business environment.

The the only way it will work if if you use a VPN to bridge them - getting them on a common / shared subnet.
