"Unable to find any secondary Multiplicity computers"

Hi.

I have bought Multiplicity from Steam and installed on two computers following the instructions (secondary first, primary after).

But I can't find a way to connect them, I always receive the message "Unable to find any secondary Multiplicity computers". Tried to add the secondary manually, but didn't work as well.

I followed the instructions on the FAQ for connection issues, all my networks are private, tried to disable Windows and Kaspersky firewall, but nothing seems works.

I'm trying to use a Windows 8.1 like primary computer, and a Windows 10 like secondary. I use Kaspersky Total Security just on Windows 10 (secondary computer), and Malwarebytes ass well (but I don't think it have a firewall). I use VyprVPN sometimes too, but it's disabled most of the time, and I'm not using now.

I don't know what to do more.

Help?

All candidates for issues.

For starters, can you ping the Secondary PC from a command prompt?
