Firewall Issues

I used to use multiplicity without problems until i went to friend house and went back to my house, the ip got changed and now i can't connect the secondary pc with the primary. 

I get the Public/Guest Fireweall issue, but my laptop already has it off, everything, already tried uninstal and reinstall and the mpportfix.

And when i click "always use with this ip" and do the test i get that it can connect but the password is wrong while is nt.

im sorry about my bad english but im really desperate to get it to work again. thanks.
