Fences with IBM notes attachments

Attachements only sees one fence.

All:

When I am using IBM notes web version. With IE my ability to add  attachments is limited to a single "fence".  Oddly it works correctly when opening notes in Edge.  Is this an IE 11 issue?  I am running Windows 10.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

I am failing to see the connection to 'Fences' here.  Can you add more detail - perhaps screenshots and recreation steps?
