Already registered on Windows 7, Fences v. 2.13

Have already Fences 2.13 on Windows 7.

Have recently got a Windows 10 pc - want to have Fences there also.

Do I have to pay for a new license, or are there any discounts?

Yes you will have to upgrade to Fences 3 for Windows 10.

Click on this link and scroll to the bottom and click for your upgrade https://www.stardock.com/products/fences/download
