I have tried everything suggested so far online. There is no option to delete when I right click. I downloaded Fences 3. Still no option when I right click. HELP! Thank you.

right-click on your desktop
Make sure you have Fences " UnLocked - unchecked " then you can delete

Make sure Fences is activated and enabled in task manager reboot and recheck view to unlock
always reboot after making program changes.

Hello,
That is the dropdown menu when you right click on the desktop. The one you showing was dropdown menu from right click on the fence titlebar or left click on those 3 bar lines on fence titlebar. There are differences.
