Title bar sizing incorrect at High DPI

I am seeing major problems with title bars after installing Groupy - text sizing for *ungrouped* windows is badly broken.

My machine is a Dell XPS 9560 with a 4K internal screen (250% scaling).  I also have two external 4k monitors (150% scaling) and one standard VGA (100% scaling).  Grouped windows work fine, but the titlebars of other windows have either unreadably small (intermittently) or  ridiculously large text (almost always) on all monitors:

1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.

Hello,

Need information on Monitor/s setup, resolution on each and scaling applied on each. And please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the installer from your account, reboot after the purga, reinstall using the installer you just download, reboot again. Retest and report back.

The original post was not related to Groupy, it looks to be a system wide font set extra large.  Groupy cannot set the system wide font, it has no code to do so.

Your microscopic text looks like a known OS bug where if you have two monitors and one is high dpi and the other is not the OS sometimes draws the titlebar font really small in error.

Does this sound like your setup?
