Not able to install

from Stardock Forums

When trying to install to a reformated Windows 10 build, I get an irsetup.exe -  Application Error

 

"The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc000142).

Click OK to close the application."

 

and that is it. I have tried it several times to no avail. Any thoughts

Hello,

Make sure you are trying to install Fences 3 NOT 2 for Win 10 .

Hello,

Try this next , please

 this sounds more like a corrupt installer as it is a formatted box and the install is what is failing

download a new installer - and if that fails, kill any AV software you are running.

It appears I was trying to install Fences 2.0. Is there an upgrade path to 3.0?

One last question. Is it possible to change my email address? The one I had used when purchasing fences was [email protected]. I am in the process of phasing that out an using xxxxxxxx@gmail.com. How would I change this?
