Fences Activation

I am still having the same issue with not being able to activate fences:

  • I am getting the error cannot connect to server
  • I try to do the offline activation but i do not know what to do with the .req file
    • when i try to upload the file it says i do not have an active license on this computer

I do not know what else to do... this is driving me crazy >:(  >:(  >:(  >:(

I was informed that the was activation issue on Stardock side, but it was working now. So please try again.

It can happen in a corp environment, behind aggressive firewalls, yes.

when i try to upload the file it says i do not have an active license on this computer

I do not even show you trying under your c***.v*****@us.********.com account.  You also need to make sure you are using the correct key fro the correct product (not a Fences 2 key for Fences 3 or vice versa).

@sdRohan, I have validated that i am using the correct product key for the correct product.  At this point the only functionality i am getting from the software is a frustrating pop-up mocking my inability to complete the registration and my icons are dancing around daily.... what else can i try

I suggest, while waiting for Sean, you could to try the purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to get the latest version from your account and install it. Reboot and report back.

I still do not see any attempts under c***.v*****@us.********.com.
