cannot activate fences

online activation error and no .req file available

from Stardock Forums

Today I have bought Fences and when I try to actívate I get an error due to conectivity with server, and cannot do offline because I do not have a file to do so, where can I find the .req file?

Neither do with my account also due to server connection problems

How should I proceed?
