Upgrade License

Does anyone work here?

I need to upgrade my current licenses to the PRO version, when I try to do in on the website, it stays I do not qualify.  I have my order number and correct email...tried sending emails through sales and other avenues and also called your number. 

How can I get help with this?

Hello,

The issue is that you purchased KVM but never actually activated it - doing so allows the checking for upgrade to function.

Activate KVM, then do the upgrade.
