not able to sign in after installing skin

from Stardock Forums

Hi,

I recently installed this program to customise my desktop. After install I decided to install a external skin, after applying this i was greeted with a black screen followed by a brief flash of a logo and then a black screen. After a restart i tried to sign in repetitively but was over and over again greeted with a black screen followed by a sign out.

Any help with this would be useful since i am new to the software

Hi, thanks for the reply but as i am not able to reach my desktop and i have no other users on the computer i can not install the application

what version of Windows and batch you running and what

version of WB are you using ?

Hello,

 Try this to get to your desktop , HOLD DOWN the CTRL key while your PC is booting up

that will stop WB from loading and get you to your desktop, if that works then do the

Purge mentioned above , then reboot and see if you get back to desktop.

Report here and we'll check your info before you reinstall again , OK ?
