network License for fences, deactivate old non-used machines

We have a network license for Fences 2.
We have reached the limit on the seats, but we know there
are many old pc’s that did not un-install the software when the machines
went off lease and are no longer being used.
Is there a way to re-set the license server, and have it re-aquire the licenses, for the machines that are using fences?
If not, is there a way to clean out the old machine names that are no longer
being used? Any other options?
