product key expiry and auto-renewal of payments

Hello,

I sent this question via e-mail and received a generic response that I should use the forum. As a paying custom I would expect to get a personal response to my questions.

But in any case, here are my questions.

I just purchased stardock fences.

Could you please tell me how long the product key lasts for. Does it expire?

Also, could you please confirm that there is no auto-renewal of payments of any kind?

A stand-alone key doesn't expire and we don't have auto-renewal for this.
