Can't fix that way. Windows remote desktop connection can't connect to that PC also

End of sauliusn's quote

If that is the case, it would appear you have other issues that would need to be addressed in person while at the PC in question.

I use "Aster Pro trial", and with other desktop on the same PC that account is configured "Administrator" the Multiplicity is not "grey in color", I tried to connect to that same PC that was not working, and it works. But on the other "Aster" Desktop that I have logged in with Microsoft account the multiplicity taskbar icon is grey in color and it can't connect to the same PC from that Aster desktop. Sorry for the long explanation

That Desktop that Multiplicity worked was "Place 1" in "Aster". I have made my PC place for "Aster" to be "Place 1", not any other place, and Multiplicity taskbar icon appeared not grey, and it worked thank you
