Configure fences stopped working under WIN 7 64bit

Recently, the Configure fences option has stooped working on my WIN 7 64 bit PC.

When I right click on the desktop the menu appears & I click on Configure Fences, and nothing happens.

I have uninstalled v3.05, installed v3.09, made no difference.

Cannot create new fence either.

Only recent thing I've done is to install Chrome.

I suspect a Windows Update is playing silly buggars behind the scenes...

Any similar experiences out there?

Reboot and retest.
