Purchased desktop bundle but cannot activate groupy

I have purchased the desktop bundle last 6/28 Order number: 4224387 paid using paypal.  Just started to used it but encountering some activation problem. 

I was able to activate fences but not groupy.  I email support for a few times but all i get is a reply to check the forum.  Please help very frustrating support.

Yes i am using the email for paypal.  I was able to activate Fences but not groupy using the same email.  I bought the desktop bundle so should be able to activate it using the same email.

Hello,

It's because you did indeed activate Groupy but under your @outlook.com address.  I have merged it under the account you activated Fences under.

Hello, I am having the same problem after having re-installed Windows and tried to register with my Paypal account that uses the same email address as my Stardock logon.  

Order number: 4166645.   I does not appear that I have any id associated with Groupy since when I list all of my accounts I do not see Groupy at all.

Basj,

Still no word... I just tried to register Groupy and it still fails on my e-mail id. 

Seems that the Paypal purchase does not register the e-mail id?

Its because you activated with your @hotmail address.  I have merged them.
