Black Screen after unstalling Stardock's "Object Desktop" latest on Windows 7

Hi

I think that I do need the same Beta Download for me, to use it on Windows 7. Of course I got nearly the same problem like on this side description.

Stardock have written in this site: 

We've just released a beta that should resolve the issue for Microsofts's beta: http://sd.stardock.com/zubaz/WindowBlinds_10.0.7_beta_setup.exe

But this Download of Stardock is not aviable at longer, can you give me a new download adress for this item? Or special for Windows 7 to use. Still I hope there's a way to repair Windows by using this fix of Stardocks.

My Problem was: 

After I have uninstall Stardocks "Object Desktop" products for do not want use at longer on Windows 7 I have got this problem on Black Screen. Stardocks uninstaller do not repair Windows settings at uninstall. So I do not have right click on desktop now, no Hot Key's (STRG+ALT+DEL) working, no Taskbar, no Fences (No Program Icons on Desktop come back) and no Internet connection at longer after uninstalling Stardocks Object Desktop. Windows Repair say's all it's fine and Windows boot correctly. So do you have a better uninstaller or repair for use on Windows 7? 

Also:

I want try to reinstall Object Desktop against in Windows Save Mode without Network connection. 

Windows Save Mode without Network connection is at the moment the only functionaly Mode to start Windows include Desktop. If I try to start Windows by using Save Mode and using Network connetion there's no Desktop and no other items come back. Like the same Buck in normal Mode of Windows, no Taskbar etc. 

To install Microsoft Windows for a new is the easy way for fix this Problem. But some not duplicable datas are on this Windows OS, that I do lost, if this the only way to repair this Windows. And I do need Network for this action to get the datas back. 

To use an GSM Mobile Stick was one of my ideas in Save Mode without Network support, that's not helping truly too. No Network adapters are loaded in this Windows Save Mod. 

Can you help to bring my Desktop on screen back? Witch Desktop to use of Stardock or Microsoft is not a problem. Only to start and navigate on this Windows is absoluty used.
