I purchased Groupy and have not recieved my product
After purchasing a Groupy license key, the money was taken directly out of my bank account, even though I was promised it wouldn't be until I recieve my key from Stardock, and then I recieved an email that my order was flagged for potential spam. I replied and have now sent three emails in the past six hours and have gotten zero response.
I find this very unprofessional and would either like my key or my money back.
Also, under order history there is nothing to be found.
