I purchased Groupy and have not recieved my product

After purchasing a Groupy license key, the money was taken directly out of my bank account, even though I was promised it wouldn't be until I recieve my key from Stardock, and then I recieved an email that my order was flagged for potential spam. I replied and have now sent three emails in the past six hours and have gotten zero response.

 

I find this very unprofessional and would either like my key or my money back.

 

Also, under order history there is nothing to be found.

As the initial email to you stated, some 2 hours ago, we do this to protect ourselves, and, more importantly, clients from fraud when certain characteristics about an order are observed - its a big deal to us.  While the 2 hours were, I am sure, frustrating, its mush more about prevention than punitive.
