Solution to windows moving/resizing after sleep?

Are any of the Stardock programs able to prevent my windows from being moved around and resized after my two DisplayPort monitors go to sleep?

I had set up a registry entry to prevent it a year or two ago, but this latest Windows Update seems to have broken it again.

If one of the desktop utilities were able to help, I'd buy it in a second.
