Move license server to new server

Hi,

For some years we are running a Fences 2 license server on a Windows 2008R2 server. This servers needs replacement as it is getting old, and unreliable. 

I am looking for instructions on how to move the license server to a new Windows server 2012R2 without deactivating all installations.

I got all the installer, and can reuse the IP address.

 

How to proceed with the move? Thank in advanced for any help.
