Fences can't work when I start my Wallpaper Engine

Fences can't work when I start my Wallpaper Engine.

It shows “Fences has detected that Explorer was note closed properly.As a precaution,Fences has been temporarily disabled.”

My operating system is Windows 10 1607，fences version is 3.08.

Please tell me how to fix this!!!
