Mouse on secondary not working properly

I have read the FAQ on mouse performance but there doesn't seem to be anything that covers my problem

the mouse does everything right except for  when you click to enlarge a window or an object like a text box when designing in any s/ware program.i am using KVM Pro.the primary is win8 and secondary is win10

All other aspects of MP work as expected-but this is a real pain when trying to do design work

Any suggestions please

Ps-I have tried with f/wall off,and it makes no difference

Regards

BJ

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

There is not reason MP would innately prohibit that very specific and basic function.  If you go to the Secondary, can you do it with its own mouse?

I don't have a monitor on the secondary pc - if I plug a mouse into the secondary I can see where the mouse is hovering but no pointer is visible-so I cannot grab a fence to see if I can stretch its size (I have stardock fences on this pc)

how does that apply here-using just the one mouse, one keyboard, one screen everything works-except the mouse will not grab and stretch

the pointer works just fine

plugging a mouse into the secondary - which defeats the purpose of why I bought MP,is whne the pointer dissapears

but I don't want to use 2 mouses

I tried all the options on that link-but it did not resolve my issue

The two statements seem to say different things.

That said, after seeing your Secondary video, I believe this issue, again, is covered in the FAQ (however, different now that the actual issue seems known):

That did nothing to fix this issue

Sorry to hear that.

That said, I have never seen, if the Primary mouse totally will not interact with the Secondary desktop, that it was not a firewall issue - what I sent you being a way to deal with it.

both firewalls were off-and it made not a jot of difference

I guess I will just have to cop it and move on

put it down to being burnt yet again with s/ware that doesn't work as its supposed to

MP has been around a long time and works very well for what it is designed to do.  I could not do my job without MP, nor could many of the people and companies we sell the product to.  We are just trying to find out why its not working for you.

If you change your mind, and you want to continue with that effort, do let us know.

Conflicts a bit with your Secondary video:

Which indicates that there is no ability to interact with either Fences or the icons.  Is that true -- or no -- you can interact with the Secondary desktop, just not on certain items (what are they) and / or cant do certain things to them (right click for example or get a cursor change on hover)?
