Just so I don't feel like a sucker, can you show me on the Multiplicity sales page where it says the first listed feature does not work in the mode the software is named for (KVM Pro)?
End of Bathosfear's quote
Drag and Drop (D&D) is not a feature at all in KM so it is appropriate that is its mentioned in the versions that it is, KVM and KVM Pro, as they do offer it in one of the modes - Seamless. There are also other features that are only available in the other version, not just D&D:

While I will work with more creative sales material minds to perhaps phrase it better, it is hard to convey, in the KVM column, something like:
'Drag and Drop is available in KVM, but only for Seamless mode but not in a KVM window - the column we are listing this feature in .'
While a potential exaggeration, it should be clear that it is difficult to be terse with phrasing and not further confuse the potential client when they do not even (yet) know what Seamless connections even are.
In summation, it's not an effort to deceive, rather, difficult to phrase in a way that does not have the consumer dismissing the product for unnecessary confusion. To be honest, in my many years here, I have only had a few that have mentioned the inability to D&D to a KVM window. Furthermore, I was able to satisfy them when I pointed out that copy / paste was available. I realize, however, that copy / paste, while accomplishing the same thing, it is not everybody's preference .
That said, I trust you find MP to be a valuable tool otherwise, yes?
