Good morning,

after upgrading windows 10 to version 1803 it is not possible, to draw the desktop-symbols (for example Internet Explorer, Firefox, Windows Explorer) in the taskbar. In Version 1709 it was no problem. Please help!

I mean the shortcuts on my desktop to start all my programs. Some of these shortcuts I put normally in the taskbar for a quicker start - and it is not possible, to place them there since the update to version 1803.

I don't know, what you mean. I use the windows 7 desktop with all the desktop icons for all my programs.
