I tried everything I could think of, using the support given, and yet I still don't know how to clear/delete a fence I created by mistake. (This connects directly to my previous post).

There should be an "X" on the right side of that fences Titlebar. Click on that and Click on "Remove Fence"
As side note linking to your other post on help section. Actually there are "How to" sections on the Fences Configure Windows to help you getting to things.
