License key problem !

Can't get my License key for Fences.

Hi, I can't get my Fences' license key, I've paid for it via Paypal, and I posted a topic for it. but I can't find my post, my nickname is: lxclb, but I can't find it. 

 

BTW: Is there any non-auto-reply email feekback? everytime I send an email to [email protected], the reply is automaticlly, but None of the emails have useful answers X-(  . Could the administrtor of the website can solve my problem?
