Groupy and WindowBlinds not completely uninstalling

So I was playing Minecraft and League of Legends immediately following the purchase and installation of Object Desktop. I encountered intermittent graphics lag that would freeze my game anywhere from 1/2 second to 4 seconds. This, of course, is BRUTAL when playing a game. 

Because I installed all of the products immediately, I started uninstalling them one-by-one until the lag stopped. I removed Fences, Tiles, Window Blinds, and Groupy. I do believe it was Tiles that was causing the video lag.

Of the four I uninstalled, Groupy and Window Blinds seem to remain despite being uninstalled. Given the lag issues and the fact that these products seem to have failed to uninstall, I have serious reservations about re-installing them. This has given these products a low-quality feel.

Groupy still shows up in some of my programs, and occasionally pops up with a windows message box and an obscure error, which is annoying. Window Blinds shows a notification in the lower-right, "WindowBlinds could not find a license." Yeah. I know. Because I uninstalled it. So why am I receiving pop-ups from programs I uninstalled??

How do I fully uninstall these programs?
