I've paid for the Fences via Paypal, and I still can't get my key for it. The strange thing is I do can login and submit this post, but when I submit my email address in Lookup Product Keys page, an red alert shows: Account Lookup Failure, does anybody has the same situation like me? How can I get my key, I've paid $9.99, I don't want pay it again.

Can you test it again. Its working for me now. Maybe you was using a different email account. Please use your email account that linked to that paypal account you bought with.

PS: the steps of Paid for the Fences is below:
1. without login.
2. access the page: https://store.stardock.com/checkout Order Checkout (as a Guest)
3. paid via paypal.
4. then I found I can't connect the order to my startdock's account........
I think this is why I can't get my key. But could the administrator or someone solve my problem and send me the key or pay back my money to my paypal account, so that I can order it again.

It is because you ordered under something other than **********[email protected]. Use the lookup page with the actual email address you used.
I paid without login, so ,that's why i can't get my license key, and I don't know how to connect my account to my order. that's really a big problem. Which means I paid it in vain.

Uh, It is possible, you can try it , logout or install a new browser, place an order, then checkout via paypal without login, you can pay but get nothing.
Is this a bug or something?
