Trial download links not working and workaround

Hello there. I'm a long time Fences user, i think it's one of the best destkop tools available and it's been exceptionally stable and light on system resources for me all the years i've used it. I recently had to completely re-install Windows 10 and as a result i could see what a fresh-from-MS windows looks like. This led me to think about the options i have to customize it and look back at Stardock's other available tools.

Of course, before i purshase i like to test thinks so tried to download the trials for Start 10, WindowBlinds, as well as the trial of Fences 3 (as i was still using Fences 2) to test the improvements. Unfortunately, none of the download buttons seem to have any effect. I've seen another recent another in the Fences sub-forum from someone who couldn't get the Fences trial but apparently the issue is wider.

I'm using Firefox Quantum 59.0.2 (64 bits) on Windows 10 with Ad-Block+ and Privacy Badger active.

Workaround

Here's how i managed to get the downloads in case anyone else with the same issue finds this thread or it helps fix the issue :

• On the "Get it Now" page, right-click the blue "Try-it Free!" button (the one that's not working to download) and select "Open link in new tab"
• A new page will open with a 5sec timer to start the download automatically. If you're like me nothing happens when the timer reaches zero and the "Click this link if this download did not start automatically." link won't work either.
• Once again, right-click that link and open it in a new tab. Address should be something like https://stardock.cachefly.net/<product-name-setup>.exe. At last the installer should finally download.

Note : I suppose cachefly.net is the legitimate place hosting the installers for Stardock but i'm going to scan them anyway given the unusual steps i had to take to download them.
