Fences not Resizing, Moving or Rolling Up

I was using Fences for a few days with no trouble.   After using a Folder Portal and doing some sorting, I noticed I could no longer roll up any of my fences or my folder portal.  I also can no longer delete, move or resize any fences.  They can still be rolled up by right clicking and going to views, but it's inconvenient.

I tried restarting my computer, and even tried uninstalling Fences, restarting my computer, then reinstalling Fences - unfortunately, when you reinstall Fences it retains data from the previous install.  I think I might be able to fix the problem if someone could tell me how to completely remove the fences data (the data that remains even if you uninstall Fences).
