Can't install the most recent update

So for weeks now Fences has been wanting me to update and I've just been closing out of the update window each time because when I try to let it install I always end up with this error: http://prntscr.com/iwu3z2

As far as I know I don't have any uninstalls running. I don't know why it's not working and I really just want it to be updated because I'm tired of closing out of the update window every time it pops up.

edit: This is what pops up if I click cancel: http://prntscr.com/iwu5ci

So I used the purger and immediately Fences opens and wants me to activate, etc.  I try doing that and updating and it throws the same errors. So I try the purger again, make sure my computer restarts, then fences is still there and asking me to activate. So now I'm trying to use the uninstall inside the Fences folder. Well it turns out I have to do it through the Windows "add or remove programs" (or whatever it's called) because it won't let you run the uninstall.exe. Well when I try to uninstall it through Windows, it complains about not finding the filepath located under c:\.... because it's located in my D: drive. So eventually my solution was this:

I first went to the task manager/startup and disabled Fences.

Then I restarted my computer and went to the Fences folder and deleted it.

Then I used a new Fences installer and made sure it was the latest version.

Everything installed and I'm finally here typing this reply (after making all of my fences again).
