I have no changes when I select a scheme, rebooted, doesnt work?

First try purge and reinstall. Use these steps https://forums.stardock.com/486023/windowblinds-support-faq#reinstalling
and make sure to get the latest version from your account.
Reboot and report back.

Follwed your process and it works perfectly now!
Think that the installer program should take care of all this (must be simple enough to build it in)
Because I did install the newest version, but your purge prcess has been the extra step that cured it!
