First off, let me say I love Fences and have used it for a long time now. One recent issue I've run into is I created several pages on my desktop and want to re-order them so related fences are closer (like page 2 and 3 rather than 2 and 5 for instance. How can I do that?

I do not think you can do that other than manually arrange it yourself. Than save the arrangement into a snapshot. So if you want to revert back to anything else just restore that snapshot.
