Configure Fences options disappered

Hello, I went to modify my fences and noticed that when i right click on the desktop area all the fences options are gone (I last modified my fences in February). Fences are working as intended, but i can no more modify, or create them. I tried updating, but i'm up to date, i tried going into the menus, and i saw that Create, rename and modify fences on the home tab are coloured black.

Any ideas on how to take back control of my fences?

(I have bought the software through humble bundle and correctly activated it, I'm on Win 7 64 and i use a single screen.)
