BugSplash Error

Any help/fix before refund

Hi,

I had been using Stardock Fences free trial for around 30 day's and was rather pleased with it. I appreciated the multiple desktop sliding feature as well as it keeping everything organised and in place/tidy. It truely is a perfect piece of software I highly recommend, and I did!
So I went ahead and purchased the product "Fences" and continued to use it as normal like I had been until one day, I boot up my PC and I get a "BugSplash Error". Now at first I thought of a virus, but these are not things I come across often, if at all (I am a very careful PC user).
After some diggin I realised it was actually the Fences software, and after uninstalling it, the error stopped appearing. I tried my luck after a few reboots and installed it again, but to no avail and now unfortunately I can not use the Fences software I have paid for.

My request to you is, can this be fixed so I may continue to use this software I have paid for, or is a refund my only card to play now.
