Groupy not associated by my email.

I renewed my Object Desktop that indicates it includes Groupy. I installed Object Desktop Manager and install a few apps including Groupy. The other apps activated however Groupy will not. I have tried activating it with my email and product key as well as by using my email account and logging in. There is no way I can get Groupy to activate. Suggestions?
