I didn't get the product key

I just bought this product “fences”, and $9.9 has been deducted from my bank card , but the product key didn't send to me.
 
And the “Product Keys” doesn't works, it shows "Account Lookup Failure".
 
I checked the "my account > order history", it shows "no oders found."
 
I don't know how to resolve, or who I can contact with.

I submitted a ticket to demand refund in this website.

Several hours later,I get an email that told me "someone has processed my order."

And then, I finally get the email of product key.

Problem has resolved now. From I bought the product to get the product key,it took 10 hours.
