Folder missing Win 10 Pro

I came in yesterday and a folder was missing and all the icons dumped on the desktop. I tried to make a fence and when I try to drag the files into the folder they will not move but bounce back to the desktop.

Only program I'm aware of updating was Advance System Care. Should I use my image from Macrium of a couple days ago to restore Fences?
