Create Folder Portal

Hi,

I have windows 10 installed.

I just purchased Fences

I am trying to create folder portal

Test #1 - Failed

I right click on the desktop, choosing create folder portal. I chose a folder. I do not see the content of the folder in the portal I created on the desktop.

Test # 2 - Failed

I right click on a folder and chose show this folder on the desktop. Same as test #1, portal was created on the desktop but I do not see the content of the folder.

Please advise

Hello...

First can you create the normal fences? Do you have fences enable? Right click on desktop Configure Fences -> Home -> right panel bottom -> Basic Options -:> Tick Enable Fences

Yes, I can create Fences and Enable Fences was already checked

BTW where is the actual location of the folder you trying to create? On another drive? or on a network?

Hi,

all local drives, wether on the internal HDD drive or external drive.

So basically you suggest to uninstall fences and install it again?

No, it purge and reinstall.. The purge.. important.. and the reinstall from the most recent version of the application.
