I get this error trying the trial on the primary computer

For problems with activation pertaining to a trial version, unfortunately, we do not currently have have an offline activation system in place.
In lieu of being able to experience the trial, if you purchase the product (which does have an offline activation method if that is required), and it does not meet your needs, we will refund it.
Hi I'm online,
but I'm running windows 10 using parallels on a mac, does this matter?
I've bought a key and have connected to the remote computer.
However the mouse appears on the 2nd computer but its stuck on the X access to the left of the screen (first pixel) and moves up and down the Y access very fast

Sorry no difference,
The mouse moves on the Y access but not the X.
I can click on the windows start button and it appears as its on the first pixel and the X access
Tried disabling windows firewall but no difference.
I don't have an anti virus installed
Also tried "Mouse should wrap around the grid" but no difference
Perhaps... If you are running it Windowed, try full screen.

I always run windows full screen
Seamless or KVM? If the latter, is the remote headless or does it have a monitor plugged in? If headless, and you connected a monitor, does that make a difference?
