move Fences from one computer to a new computer

Hello!

I have Fences installed on my PC. I want to replace this old PC by a new one. How can I  transfer Fences to this new computer? Shall I pay for a new license?

No need to do that, Quoting from Stardock Account and Activation FAQ

"An Individual User may install, use and activate one (1) copy of the Software on up to five (5) unique personal computers simultaneously that are owned by you for your personal use."

But what if the license was purchased over a year ago and is now expired? If I still have Fences on an old PC, can I move it to a new one?
