Whenever I make a file, delete a file, move a file, ect on the desktop, fences and explorer.exe crashes.
Sounds like Windows is corrupted ( you didn't say what version you are running )
options:
you could run a Virus check
update windows to the latest version ( best option )
with System Restore go back to a version that did work right
The latest update that I installed is "2018-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems" but I don't think that Windows is corrupt because it only happens when Fences is open. I have ran 2 virus checks (1 on bitdefender and 1 on malwarebytes).
