I have updated to the new version of Fences and I cannot create any new fences nor can I resize the ones I have nor move them. Please advise.

Did you install Fences 3.07 that has been recalled to fix some issues 3.05 should work
you can uninstall and then reinstall ( turn off virus protection before installing )
