SD took my $9.99 for fences, did not deliver the product key since Jan 19th!!!!!

On Jan 19th I paid 9.99 for Fences 3. Ever since I have not been sent the product key nor can I find it in any of 2 SD accounts I have. And yes, I manually requested resend of PKs on both of those.

One extra sour experience with SD, please fix, I feel seriously tricked.

You have no new orders under your @seznam.cz account. PM the other (and any you use for PayPal perhaps) and Ill look up under what account you did indeed order under).
