Groupy Will Not Activate

from Stardock Forums

Just bought Groupy but after installing the Activation window only gives me "back" option after entering product key and email

What next?

Website says

Groupy:

Should it look this

C:\WINDOWS\system32>Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Groupy"\SASUpgrade.exe -prodId=2644 -prodName="Groupy" -company="Stardock" -ver="1.00" -email="[email protected]" serial="PRODUCTKEYGOESHERE

Come on guys, I need a fix. Every other product I have activates perfectly. 

The above method is too difficult and no matter what I try I get message

'Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

I also encountered the same problem, which can be solved with cmd. I don’t understand why the software will crash unexpectedly when opening the software, which makes me unable to activate the license normally.
