You want to make sure the keyboard layout is the exact same for each PC.

Also, if you have special keyboard software for one, but not the other, install it on the other even if its not the same keyboard attached.

Worst case, burn and reinstall:

well i did all the step  still the same problem

i verify the keyboard setup  in each computer  are the same.. i also  run the  uninstalled tool   still the problem  persist ... also if  you typing  the same letter  keep  changing  every single time .  example if i  type  h  first error  will 6   but  i  type again h   now showing b    is like going  crazy  every single time..

Are you using WebRoot AV software?  If so, shut it down, on each PC, and try.

If that fails, try a clean boot:

If multiple secondary computers have the issue then the issue will be on the primary computer.

well after so many  try  i found that  multiplicity and hitman pro alert can't work  together..  i  unistall all the  security software in every single computer i use..   after  that  everything works normal.. i  start  step by step  installation  as soon i install hitman pro alert   the problem  start again..  so i removed   boom   works  flawless  again..   so hitman pro alert .. was the reason  all my problem .. hope  this can help..
