URGENT: Mouse doesn't work any more

Hi,

 

After I unistalled the software Multiplicity, that use the same keyboad and mouse to control one or more computers, the mouse isn’t works properly. It move around the screen but it is not works when I click the options in the softwares. I tested other mouse and the problem remains, so the problem isn’t the hardware.

 

Please help because is impossible to work like that and this problem are happen in both computters where I installed the software.

I still have the problem after I installed the stardock programs, but I can't know what is causing the problem.
